Warranty

At Diesel & DUTCH we stand by our products, so you can feel confident that your purchase is covered by a 12-month warranty and all refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

Exchanges Policy.
We are unable to offer exchanges, however, please feel free to return your product/s if faulty or you have a change of mind and follow the procedures set out in the Faulty Product and Change of Mind policies, so we can refund you.

Faulty product Policy.
We offer a 12-month warranty on all our Diesel & DUTCH products. If you find a fault with the product within this timeframe, to arrange a refund or replacement, please complete a Consumer Refund Request Form, and send it to support@dieselanddutch.com for assessment with:

  1. Proof of the product fault ie photos and explanation
  2. Proof of purchase ie: order number, retail receipt, bank statement.

We will assess your request and if deemed faulty provide a refund or send the replacement product within 24 hours.

 We will also accept a return and refund where:

We reserve the right not to offer a refund or replacement product, where the item fault is a result of misuse, neglect or general wear and tear consistent with normal use. A full refund will be returned via the original method of purchase

Change of mind Policy.
We offer 21 days from the date of delivery if you change your mind. Items marked “on sale” are not eligible. To have the product refunded, you will need to complete our Consumer Refund Request Form, and send it to support@dieselanddutch.com for assessment with:

  1. Proof of purchase ie: invoice number, retail receipt, bank statement.

Our team will review the request and issue a Returns Authority (RA) number. 

Once you have the RA number, you can arrange to have the product returned to us:

We do not offer prepaid labels for change of mind returns. All freight and packaging costs associated with returning the goods to us will be managed and borne by yourself. 

Product must be returned in a saleable condition, meaning unopened and unused with packaging fully intact. All manuals, tags, packaging, and accessories are returned, free of markings and damage.

Once we receive the returned product at our facilities, we will process the request within 24 hours. Once confirmed product has been returned in a saleable condition, we will provide the refund to you using the same payment method you used to purchase the product. The refund will be for the price paid for the product(s) less the original freight and handling charge paid.

We do recommend sending your order back to us using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please also
