We offer a 12-month warranty on all our Diesel & DUTCH products. To arrange a refund or replacement, you will need to complete our Consumer Refund Request Form, and send it to our customer service team for assessment with:

  1. Proof of the product fault ie photos and explanation
  2. Proof of purchase ie: order number, retail receipt, bank statement.

We will assess your request and if deemed faulty provide a refund or send the replacement product within 24 hours.

We will also accept a return and refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) where:

We reserve the right not to offer a refund or replacement product, where the item fault is a result of misuse, neglect or general wear and tear consistent with normal use
