Faulty products policy.
If you find a manufacturing fault with one of our products we will offer a replacement product.  Please contact support@dieselanddutch.com and provide the following information:

  1. Proof of the product fault ie photos and explanation
  2. Proof of purchase ie: retailer's name item was purchased at, retail receipt or copy bank statement.

We will assess your request and if deemed faulty send you a replacement product.

We will offer a refund as an alternative to a replacement product, ONLY if the product was purchased directly through www.dieselanddutch.com. In addition to the above information please provide your Diesel & DUTCH invoice number with your email to us.  

If you have purchased from a re-seller we will offer a replacement product, but if you require a refund please re-direct your enquiry directly with this organisation and abide by their refund policy.

We reserve the right not to offer a refund or replacement product, where the item fault is a result of misuse, neglect or general wear and tear consistent with normal use.
