Returns Policy

We offer a 12-month warranty on all Diesel & DUTCH products.

Faulty products.
Please review our Faulty Product policy to make a claim.

Change of mind policy.
If you have purchased from a re-seller please re-direct your enquiry to directly with the re-seller and abide by their change of mind policy.

If purchasing direct from www.dieselanddutch.com we offer 21 days from the date of delivery if you change your mind. The item must be un-opened and not used and returned in a saleable condition. Items marked “on sale” are not eligible. 

To have the product refunded, please contact support@dieselanddutch.com and provide the following information:

  1. Information/reason for your change of mind
  2. Invoice number.

Our team will review the request and issue a Returns Authority (RA) number. Afterwhich you can arrange for the product to be return to us:

We do not offer prepaid labels for change of mind returns. All freight and packaging costs associated with returning the goods to us in a saleable condition will be managed and borne by yourself. 

Product must be returned in a saleable condition, meaning unopened and unused with packaging fully intact. All manuals, tags, packaging, and accessories are returned, free of markings and damage.

Once product has been returned we will check that it has been returned in a saleable condition. We will provide the refund to you using the same payment method you used to purchase the product. The refund will be for the price paid for the product(s) less the original freight charge paid.

We do recommend sending your order back to us using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
